A Megaphone is someone who speaks out and takes action against injustice. You use your voice to educate others about the social issues that are happening in our world. You are usually are the one taking the lead or in a group letting other know what they can do or how they can help. The Megaphone is always looking for new ways for their voice to reach a further and wider audience. A Megaphone uses a variety of platforms such as social media, blog, rallies and assemblies to let others know their opinion or stance on a particular issue.

A Sparkplug is someone who is good at brainstorming and generating new ideas. They have the ability to connect and bring people together. Sparkplugs are usually great at networking and making new friends. With their friendly and approachable personality they have the power to get people on board with their idea or activity. Sparkplugs have the unique ability to spot individuals with shared interests in order to form a school club or attend special events.

An Organizer is someone who is great at coordinating and planning. They ask important questions such as WHO,WHAT, WHEN, WHERE and WHY are usually the ones behind the scenes ensuring that everything runs smoothly. Organizers are good at staying on top of tasks and duties that need to be done. An Organizers bedroom or locker usually contains shelves, cabinet or compartments that are neatly arranged in a particular order, making it easier to find and locate items. Organizers create social change through supporting and/or helping Megaphone, Sparkplugs and Storytellers to stay on track with their goals.

A Storyteller uses their creativity and special talents to create social change.

Guides insert their knowledge and skills as mentors and educators for others. They see the importance of working together and are great at uniting people. Guides often give ideas to others and assist in planning and thinking through ideas. Guides will help set the direction, but are often working more behind the scenes. Guides are very interested in learning and are good listeners.

Dreamers look up and out, they plan for the future. They have a vision of the big picture and set the direction to head in. Dreamers will often deeply understand the issues or feel very passionately about a specific issue. Dreamers are able to see beyond a single initiative and always set their sights higher. Dreamers are sometimes dismissed for thinking too big, but help people tie a small action to a bigger issue.
